Heh, I would like to believe that this comment by pete was a direct effect of an e-mail that i sent his way the friday before halloween, if i can dig it out, i will go ahead and post it here… Ahhhh, found it (the top part is what i wrote to him, brain reference you should recognise):

Hi Sean! I so wanted to fit you tech-staffers into the Halloween party this year! I couldn’t due to a few problems, mainly the story being too complex and a lack of time. Putting in the people from the Halloween Party was far easier logistically since I only had to manage three badly attempted likenesses in costume (so, like, the one guy could be like "That’s me! I only know that’s me because I went in an Ash costume). You get the idea! Anywho, as soon as tom’s done with the news section I’m putting up an apology for y’all which’ll go something like this:

I had wanted to put the blue-haired tech staffers in this years Halloween party but was unable to pull it of for a variety of reasons. I tried! Maybe I can have you guys all devoured in a future story! Just wanted you to know I didn’t forget. And this IS Sluggy Freelance. I mean, people get eaten like every other week!

If the opportunity is available to throw in a few blue-hairs, I’ll see what I can do! There is one chance left in the Halloween story where it could work, but it all depends on panel space!
