Time to avoid work and work on the GeekFarm.

A whole week of not going to work … can my body handle it? I hope the answer is yes.
Will Suzanne expect me to do housework the entire time? I hope the answer is no.
It’s been a while since I’ve taken a vacation without planning to go anywhere. While the masses took their days off around the 4th of July, my vacation starts July 9th. I had a trip to my Mom’s planned, but that was cancelled in favor of her coming to town the next week. So it’s a week of Brian at home.
Suzanne and I might explore Atlanta. I will finally get a chance to work on my various websites (sajido.com, siliconchef.com, etc.). Perhaps my dry spell on linux.com articles will come to an end.
Of course, I’ll probably waste the entire time cleaning my home office and playing Serious Sam. But at least I won’t be at work.
